My name is mark taylor and im the owner of foothut.co.uk. I was in the Armed Forces for many years and foot care was of paramount importance. We used to laugh and call our boots ‘LPC’s” which stood for Leather Personnel Carriers’.
All joking to one side our feet are often abused and sometimes it’s easy to not give them the attention that they deserve. It was all to common to find young soldiers with terrible feet and in exercise or operational conditions that could mean they would have to be removed from the area of operations.
Whilst many foot conditions are preventable, if your a sportsman or woman then your feet are going to get hammered. There is nothing to be embarrassed about and in the following podcasts I am determined to leave a valuable resource to people who want information on what care is available.
I have gone to lengths to find good foot surgeons who were willing to share exactly:-
